Our purpose

The  Mental Health Educative Project is a social program  dedicated to empowering local communities. Hedoya fosters a comprehensive initiative aimed at promoting mental well-being and reducing stigma through awareness campaigns, workshops, and resource dissemination. This project focuses on educating communities about the importance of mental health and accessing support systems. It incorporates evidence-based strategies to address diverse needs. By partnering with local organizations, mental healthcare professionals and educators, the project aims to foster open dialogue, resilience-building, and inclusivity. Ultimately, it seeks to empower individuals and community leaders with the knowledge and tools to prioritize mental wellness in their work and advocate for a healthier, more inclusive understanding society.

“Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.”
